That's one hungry bitch.

Wowza. That's why I stick to guinea pigs. Decent movie, I like how she eats everything, but the music grates on you and the vomit bit is just wierd.

piggycookie responds:

i know it seems like i threw in the vomiting soley for a cheap laugh, but that is only half true. if anna eats anything with milk in it, she throws up, and its always in the living room, thats why she runs back to the house to do it. it was the ice cream truck that made her barf

Good message, fair movie.

A good, sobering message, but although I don't want to sound insensitive, I think the movie itself is just fair. I mainly disliked the song - it lacks instrumental backup, and the lyrics don't lend themselves well to the whiny style singing, even for the theme. The oil-painting fade effect seems a bit too lethargic as well. I would also note that this is not the usual fare for NG material - serious family issues is not something you'd normally see here. But a good try at an otherwise untested NG genre.

DonQuixote responds:

Well, one of the main themes that I have included is lethargy and apathy. I mean, nothing really happens till the end when it's too late.

Not that good.

Interesting idea, but the movie's put together really crappily. Parts of the coke cans keep popping in and out of eachother, and the frame-by-frame animation is really choppy. It would be neary impossible to tell that they're even beating up the Pepsi can. And besides... I'm a Pepsi fan. :)

illicit responds:

True but I tried. So it was'nt the best. But I doubt it's the worst. Animation was'nt the best and I never said it was. I'm just learning. And I'll get better.

What?

Wow. A dancing worm-type creature. Dare I say WTF? Inside joke or not, this isn't very compelling. You should let us in on the joke.
.
Actually, the term Wenis IS an inside joke in my family, but it's on a totally un-related subject. See, we dubbed the term "wenis" to mean woman-penis, and used that as an insult around the house. Umm... don't know why I just told you that, but... yeah.

skweeds responds:

I am so glad you shared your good story today. I appreciate your comments. And the funny thing about wenis is that it is unknown. Talk to Shoddy.

Promising DBZ work!

Certainly not bad for a first try! Graphics are actually not too bad, and the Japanese sounds are much appreciated. I happen to love that Don't You See song! Good choice of Japanese-ish camera angles too, and it's nice and long!
.
I'd say your biggest work, aside from improving your animation as you continue your work (it's kinda annoying now), is working on a more compelling story. Vegeta going evil and killing everyone is really nothing new. Also, it's a bit confusing as it is... why is Vegeta a wierd modified SSJ4, and why is Goku only like SSJ2 when he fights him? And do you plan to explain all the wierdness in the rain? Also, your ending scrolls back into your beginning, which is kinda annoying.
.
Well, enough ranting. I really like the idea of a continued DB/Z/GT fanfic in Flash, and I'd love to see how your work improves!

Cooljerk01 responds:

hehe, thanx. Those questions were actually what I was hoping for. Don't worry, I wrote the whole story before I started on the first episode (hell, the fan manga is complete), so everything is explained. Don't worry, it'll begin to make sense in a couple of episodes.

Melts in your mouth

I wasn't quite sure at first which way this movie was going to go, but the overall effect by the end is quite pleasurable. The song is particularly addictive, and the cherubic snowman fits in perfectly to the atmosphere. A well done piece of flash;.

Buddudslash responds:

Im glad to here stuff like this. I worked very hard on this animation =)

Very emotional.

A very atmospheric movie, with good graphics as well. Voices would be nice though, as well as a bit of backstory. You end up wanting to know what happened to the girl, when all you get is the aftermath.

ZellsBells responds:

Hm. I've been getting that a lot. The writer is possibly thinking of writing it, but if I do it as a Flash animation prequel, its making will be a long ways off. I have others that I want to do first.

First "commercial" movie.

Ahh, what a clever idea - the first Newgrounds submission I've seen that's actually an advertisement! Decent movie - the graphics are a bit off, but as an ad parody, this ain't so bad. Good luck with your cat's operation, if it's REALLY having one, or if you're just milking sympathy. :)

Pinnicle responds:

Bob did need an operation. I thought t-shirt sales would help pay for it and I originally included that scene for sympathy but turned it into a joke instead because I decided to pay for it myself and sell bob merchandise w/o a guilt trip. Anways, she's fine now. Good as new and with a shiney new scar.

Funn¥ stuff!

Haa haa haa! That was great! I thought it would suck ass (as a lot of BBS-inspired movies do), but that was reall¥, REALL¥ GOOD! I loved all the pictures ¥ou put in there - it went on forever. I even had one of my pictures in there (the walking ¥)! I'm so happy!

Great stuff man. You have truly captured the feeling of NG's Biggest Topic. NGBT forever! Death to Anime Girls!

bigbadron responds:

thanks compdude, glad it didn't suck.

Just plain nuts

Funny stuff. I liked the animation and the sound, and the reasons were pretty funny, too. The file is way too large though - try compressing the sound or something.
.
On a side note, my condolences on your loss. How did your friend die? Hopefully this cartoon can help you find peace.

DrMauss responds:

thank you for your sympathies. As far as what happened to my friend, we still don't know. she turned off like a light switch, was on life support for almost a week in hopes that brain acivitity would restore itself. it never did. her husband had to make the decision to pull the plug. such is life.

If I've unfairly judged your movie, please tell me. I make every effort to be objective and thoughtful.
